you don’t need a five year plan. you just need to not give up on yourself today.

this is the page for when you don’t know where to start. so let’s start here.

Tell us if this sounds familiar…

you’ve tried to get it together more times than you can count. you start strong and then life happens and you fall off and the shame spiral starts all over again.

  • you’ve tried the routines, the apps, the five step plans, and none of it stuck
  • you feel like everyone else has their life figured out except you
  • some days getting out of bed is the whole victory
  • you are tired of pretending you are fine when you are not
  • you don’t want toxic positivity. you want someone to tell you the truth

it doesn’t have to be like this.

my story

hi, i’m lynneah

i didn’t build this from some perfect healed place. i built it after hitting rock bottom. again.

at the end of 2025 i realized i had been stuck in a bipolar mixed episode for six months. i was spiraling. i almost admitted myself to the er. i didn’t want to live another day. it was the worst i had felt since 2019.

and then slowly, after finding a new therapist, starting a dbt group, getting a medication adjustment, and getting support from people who love me, i came back to life. one small thing at a time.

one day i looked in the mirror and thought, girl, get up. that’s where this started. a phrase one of my best friends says to me when i need it most. and now i’m passing it to you.

this isn’t a glow up. this isn’t hustle culture. this isn’t some get your life together bootcamp. this is for the ones who feel like they can’t stand up. who don’t want to try again. who’ve lost faith in their healing. this is for you.

why this is a new home

i’ve been writing online since 2017. you might know me from Twins and Coffee, where i started as a drowning twin mom and slowly turned that blog into a space for real mental health conversation.

after the episode i just told you about, something in me knew i needed a real reset. not just in my life, but in this work too. i needed a space that was built for who i am now, not who i was when i started this seven years ago.

so i built this. lynneahmarie.com is the new home for everything. girl get up, the guides, the real talk, all of it lives here now. Twins and Coffee still exists, but this is where i’m building from here on out.

if you’ve been with me since the beginning, welcome to the next chapter. if you’re just finding me, welcome. either way, you’re in the right place.
